Join Marie Herbon parish nurse for an hour-long program focused on strategies
for getting through the holidays when you have lost a loved one, ending with a
short informal memorial ceremony. Location: St Thomas Lutheran Church 8771 E 15
Mile, in Sterling Heights. Call 586-268-2170 to register so there are enough
materials on hand.

Please join us ladies for the
4th annual JULIET Christmas Tea Party. JULIET stands for-Just Us Ladies
Informally Eating Together. This year we invite you to wear red.
The Red Dress
Was designed to build
awareness that women are at risk; of heart disease. In fact it is the leading
cause of death for American women. Knowing the risk and the steps to lower to
lower the risk, empowers women to take control of their health and decrease
their chances of dying of heart disease.
Everyone will receive a nice
packet of information and goodies from the American Heart Association Red Dress
Campaign.
